$3 Kmart hack. Making a tea towel into a Cushion cover

I instantly fell in love with this print when I saw it! And new I had to do something MORE with it than simply use it as a tea towel! So I had a thought and remember seeing some amazing “Kmart Hacks” using these wonderfully inexpensive tea towels! 

What you’ll need for a DIY cushion cover

I decided on the “envelope” style cushion and used this sewing pattern & tutorial. 

if you don’t own a sewing machine then this cushion cover can be created by hand stitching!
